RCC 409: Para denominar con el nombre de José Antonio “El Olímpico” Valentín Méndez el complejo recreativo ubicado en el Municipio Autónomo de Manatí; ordenar la instalación, en dichas facilidades, de una tarja conmemorativa que reseñe la trayectoria deportiva del homenajeado; ordenar al Departamento de Recreación y Deportes y al Municipio Autónomo de Manatí realizar las gestiones necesarias para dar fiel cumplimiento a esta Resolución Conjunta; y para otros fines relacionados.
