An Act To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Waynesboro, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Convictions Obtained In Its Municipal Court, To Be Used To Fund Repairs, Construction, Operation, Furnishing, Technology And Maintenance Of City Building Infrastuructre; And For Related Purposes.
