SB 130: Short term placement of endangered adults.
Summary
Requires the division of aging, in consultation with the prosecuting attorneys council of Indiana, to: (1) establish an emergency short term placement option for the emergency placement of endangered adults in need of protective services; and (2) identify possible settings for the short term placement.
